About my background graphic

The background graphic found on my home page is a small part of the musical score which forms the primary work of my Doctoral Disseratation. The work is a concerto for organ and large orchestra which employs techniques of proportional notation and aleatoric performance. The stylized graphic shown behind my home page is a four-second excerpt from the string section, representing freely-performed repeated snap pizzicato notes in various numeric groupings.
